Livejourney data experts first created a global process view with a high level of detail of process events. Automated and back-office steps were even implemented in the data set. Livejourney identified bottlenecks and reworks in several events and at specific times during the week.
Automated parts of the WMS were corrected and bottlenecks were addressed for specific warehouses and products. A predictive module has now been implemented to order to anticipate future deviations.
